good location available shuttle crowded lobby limited space
i appreciated the hotel's proximity to terminal 3. several restaurants across the street at resorts world are accessible. a shuttle to manila runway is available .
the hotel was crowded . there was limited space in the lobby awaiting check-in. it reminded me of a busy bus station.

my room had bedside usb charging ports. the bedding was comfortable, it helped me rest well before my flight. they offer a good selection of food for the breakfast buffet in the mornings..
the bathroom door sometimes jammed in the closed position..

spotty water supply unreliable water
The location's proximity to the airport was acceptable. It did save me some travel time.
The shower's hot water supply was spotty. It alternated between hot and cold every few seconds which wasn't ideal.

Convenient and Hospitable Airport Stay

excellent help friendly staff accommodating service polite housekeeping
Kester's help at reception was fantastic. I appreciate his support dealing with an airport scam. Shellette and Aiyan were friendly and accommodating to my needs. The manong driver was always respectful and smiling during the airport shuttle service. Housekeeping and concierge staff were also very polite and helpful .
The check-in experience was unfortunately slow, and a bit confusing with the multiple lines for the few available workers.

shellette and aiyan were accommodating. concierge and housekeeping were polite. the shuttle service to the airport included a friendly driver. his greetings were respectful and included a big smile!
the check in was slow. there were confusing lines and only two workers. i waited over an hour after a long flight
