the hotel was crowded . there was limited space in the lobby awaiting check-in. it reminded me of a busy bus station.

Kester's help at reception was fantastic. I appreciate his support dealing with an airport scam. Shellette and Aiyan were friendly and accommodating to my needs. The manong driver was always respectful and smiling during the airport shuttle service. Housekeeping and concierge staff were also very polite and helpful .

The check-in experience was unfortunately slow, and a bit confusing with the multiple lines for the few available workers.
